But they did a trial run in our Redwood City location a couple
months ago, using Cat 1/Pro Billy Innes as a test subject.
Billy's been through all manner of tests previously, and was quite
impressed with the XtremeO2 setup.
VO2 Assessment will be available for $150 per individual test, with
Metabolic Assessment an additional $75. The testing generally takes
about 45 minutes from beginning to end.
The knowledge you gain will enable you to exercise at the intensity
levels at which you are most efficient in burning stored fat and
improve your cardiovascular fitness- without overtraining!
